On September 2, 1985 and with only 50 seconds left on the clock, the quarterback Shula mounted a 71-yard drive, culminating in an 18-yard strike over the middle to Albert Bell for the touchdown and the win. Currently, Coach Shula has returned to his alma mater, and is once again leading the Crimson Tide.
