The photo is an 8" x 10" Black and White photo of a Waylon.  The opening to the right has an engraved replica of a 45 record (Exact size).  It is engraved around the outside with all 16 of Waylon's #1 singles. 

The other opening contains a replica of Waylon's guitar.  It has "WAYLON" engraved onto the guitar.
