Questions and Answers: "The Greatest Season"

Is there a cutoff date for ordering the suite of "The Greatest Season" prints? 
Not specifically, but orders for "The Greatest Season" suites obviously need to be placed prior to the anticipated February 15, 2010 release of Maximum Block, the first limited edition print of the suite to be released. 

How much do I save by purchasing the entire suite of "The Greatest Season"? 
For Regular Edition prints, if purchased separately at $190 each, the set of 5 would cost $950.  Purchased together, the price is $760.  This is a savings of $190, or, it's like getting the 5th print FREE!  For Artist's Proofs, if purchased separately at $375 each, the set of 5 would cost $1875.  Purchased together, the price is $1500.  This is a savings of $375, or, it's like getting the 5th print FREE!

Are matching edition numbers available for prints in "The Greatest Season" suites? 
Yes.  All prints in the complete suites will have matching edition numbers.  This is another great advantage for collectors who purchase the complete suite of five prints.

I only want to order a few of "The Greatest Season" prints, not the complete set.  Can I get matching numbers on the prints I order? 
No, we cannot match print numbers on individually ordered prints. 

What size will the prints be? 
At the time of this writing, four of the prints have yet to be designed by Mr. Moore.  However, the image area of vertically-formatted prints, including Maximum Block, will measure 18.75" x 25".  The image area of horizontally-formatted prints will measure 26" x 19.5".

How many prints will be issued in each edition? The final edition sizes will be announced as each release approaches.  The maximum edition size for the Artist's Proof editions will be 2,009 prints.

When will the prints be released? 
Print editions will be published as Mr. Moore completes each painting and released as soon as possible after production.  We anticipate that Maximum Block will be released by February 15th, with subsequent prints released approximately every 8-10 weeks (on average) thereafter.

I have already ordered Maximum Block, can I order "The Greatest Season" suite without reordering Maximum Block? 
Yes.  If you have already ordered Maximum Block, you may upgrade that order to include the complete suite.  Your payment for Maximum Block, regardless of the amount you are paying for Maximum Block, will satisfy the entire first payment towards your purchase of "The Greatest Season" suite of five prints.  Your credit card has been, or will be, charged for the release of Maximum Block according to the option you selected during that purchase.

If I purchase the entire suite of "The Greatest Season" prints, must I pay the entire amount now? 
No.  Your credit card will be charged ($190 + tax & shipping for Regular Edition prints and $375 + tax & shipping for Artist's Proofs) for each of the first 4 prints, just prior to each print's release.  If you have pre-paid, or have ordered Maximum Block and are upgrading to the complete suite of five prints, your card has or will be charged for Maximum Block exactly as you instructed per your order and for the amount(s) of your order.  Therefore, the procedure/amounts described above would only apply to your next three payments for the suite.)

I don't want all five prints in "The Greatest Season" suite.  Can I purchase only the prints I want? 
Yes, all prints may be purchased individually ($190 each for Regular Editions; $375 each for Artist's Proofs).

What if I purchase "The Greatest Season" suite and need to cancel before receiving all 5 prints? 
"The Greatest Season" suite purchases may be canceled at any time without penalty and you will not be held responsible for future releases of prints in the suite.

What if I am not completely happy with my purchase?
Within 30 days from the receipt of any single print in "The Greatest Season" suite, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return that print for a full refund of the purchase price of that print.

Will Signature Editions be made available for any of the prints in "The Greatest Season" suite? 
Possibly. The current price structure for the prints does not include signatures by players or coaches; and at this time, we have not negotiated any player's or coach's autograph for the prints.  If and when this happens, the autographs will be made available as an option for an additional charge (to be determined).  If you order any print that is to have an autograph option, you will be notified and given an opportunity to upgrade your order.

I want to purchase the "The Greatest Season" suite in the Artist's Proof edition.  Didn't the Maximum Block Artist's Proofs already sell out? 
Individually-ordered Maximum Block Artist's Proofs are sold out and are now only available in "The Greatest Season" suites. Therefore, at the time of this writing, you may still purchase Artist's Proof suites of "The Greatest Season".
